REMINDER: Neither WesBanco nor Premier Bank will ever contact you to ask for your account number, card information, password, PIN, or any authentication codes. Scammers use technology to alter how a phone number appears on the Caller ID, making it look like they are calling from a trusted source. Do not share sensitive information with anyone.

  2. Take WesBanco with you wherever you go. If you have not already, download the WesBanco Consumer Mobile app or the WesBanco CashFlow Connect app for business banking. Be sure to delete your Premier Bank apps.

  • Everyday Banking

    • Update your contact information online or at your local branch.
    • Plan ahead and take care of your banking prior to conversion weekend, beginning Friday, May 16.
    • Begin using the WesBanco routing number, 043400036.
    • To use Automated Telephone Banking, you will need to set
      up an Access Number and Personal Identification Number.
  • Online Banking

  • Personal Online Banking

    • Download the WesBanco Consumer Mobile app. Delete your Premier Mobile Banking app.
    • Re-enroll in Zelle®.
    • Re-establish:
      • Any external transfer accounts.
      • Account alerts.
      • Card controls and alert preferences (via mobile app only).
  • Business Online Banking

    • Update your phone number in Online Banking for multi-factor authentication before May 16.
    • If you need more than 90 days of transaction history, print transaction history prior to conversion for your records.
    • Print account transfer information prior to May 16 and
      re-establish scheduled transactions in Business Online Banking on May 19.
    • Download the WesBanco CashFlow Connect app. Delete your existing Premier Bank app.
    • Create additional users for Dual Control if sending ACH or Wire transactions of $50,000 or greater

  • Yes, until our two banks are fully integrated, Premier Bank will operate as a division of WesBanco, with no changes to the way you bank.

    • Continue to use your accounts just as you do today, with your same checks and debit cards.
    • Access Premier Bank online banking with your same User ID and password.
    • Continue banking at any Premier Bank branch.
    • Make your loan payments as usual.
    • Call your same contact numbers.
  • Yes, as of May 19, 2025 everywhere you currently see the Premier Bank name will change to WesBanco, including signage at your branch and all documentation you receive about your accounts.

  • Yes, your accounts will continue to be insured for up to the $250,000 deposit limit for a single bank. If you should happen to have accounts at both Premier Bank and WesBanco, your accounts will continue to be insured separately for six months following the completion of our merger.

  • Our goal is to make the transition seamless for you. We’ll let you know about any changes to accounts or services well in advance. This will include your welcome kit with details about your accounts, transition information, any actions you may need to take, and new benefits that we can offer you. Information will be provided via email and in the mail. You should also check back to this site for the latest information about the transition.

  • You can call the same team members you call today. The phone numbers will remain the same and they will be available to answer any questions you may have. For general help, please call 1-877-367-8178 or visit this web page for updates.
